METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NATURAL STONE BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a natural stone block in a small number of steps and with only simple materials.SOLUTION: A beam material 3 is set on a formwork 2 and a natural stone 4 is suspended at the upper part of a space inside the formwork 2 from the beam material 3 through a suspending material 5 tied around the natural stone 4, and concrete 8 is installed inside the formwork 2 so that a lower side of the natural stone 4 suspended is partially buried in the concrete 8. By vibration work, air bubble in the concrete 8 is removed, and when the concrete 8 is semi-cured, the beam material 3 is removed, and the suspending material 5 in a state of being partially buried in the concrete 8 is removed from the inside of the concrete 8 and after the concrete 8 is cured, the formwork is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少ない工程で、かつ、簡単な機材のみで、自然石ブロックを容易に製造することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】型枠２の上に梁材３をセットし、自然石４の周りに括り付けた吊下材５を介して、梁材３から自然石４を型枠２内空間の上方に吊り下げ、吊り下げられている自然石４の下側が部分的にコンクリート８中に埋没した状態となるように、型枠２内にコンクリート８を打設し、バイブレーション作業によってコンクリート８中の気泡を除去し、コンクリート８が半硬化状態となったら、梁材３を撤去し、部分的にコンクリート８中に埋没した状態の吊下材５をコンクリート８中から取り除き、コンクリート８の硬化後に脱型する。【選択図】図１
