REPAIRING DEVICE OF EXISTING WATERWAY AND ITS REPAIRING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing device that eliminates the need for introduction of a heavy industrial machine and construction of a transportation path for work when repairing an existing waterway, and provide its repairing method.SOLUTION: A repairing device 1 of an existing waterway C includes a crane body 2 and a transporting cart 3. The crane body 2 includes a pair of strut parts 21 and base parts 22, a horizontal supporting part 23, a hoisting machine 24, a holding part 25 for holding a panel material P, and an operation part 26 for performing operation of the horizontal movement of the hoisting machine 24 and the vertical movement of the holding part 25. Body wheels 27 capable of traveling on the top surface Wt of a waterway sidewall W are provided in the base parts 22. The transporting cart 3 includes a frame 31 capable of mounting the panel material P, a frame body 32, and wheels 33 for the cart capable of traveling on the top surface Wt of the waterway sidewall W. A width 3w in the waterway width direction of the transporting cart 3 is shorter than a gap 2g between the base parts 22 of the crane body 2, and thereby the transporting cart 3 can enter right under the crane body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設水路の補修に際して重機の導入や作業用運搬路の造設が不要な補修装置及びその補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設水路Cの補修装置1はクレーン本体2と運搬用台車3とを備える。クレーン本体2は、一対の支柱部21及び基台部22と、水平支持部23と、揚重機24と、パネル材Pを保持する保持部25と、揚重機24の水平移動及び保持部25の垂直移動の操作を行うための操作部26と、を備える。基台部22には、水路側壁Wの上面Wtを走行可能な本体用車輪27が設けられる。運搬用台車3は、パネル材Pを載置可能な架台31と、枠体32と、水路側壁Wの上面Wtを走行可能な台車用車輪33と、を備える。運搬用台車3の水路幅方向の幅3wがクレーン本体2の基台部22間の隙間2gより短く、運搬用台車3がクレーン本体2の真下にまで進入可能である。【選択図】図1
