PARTIAL REPAIRING METHOD FOR EXISTING PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial repairing method for an existing pipe in which slits, cracks and the like generated in the existing pipe and an object segment to be repaired that is generated in local manner are repaired to enable a cut-off performance to be assured and a lowered strength of the existing pipe to be improved.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a partial repairing method for an existing pipe for repairing an object segment of an existing pipe 100 to be repaired comprising the steps of: arranging a cylindrical lining material 12 kept under its hardened state having a width where an entire circumference of an inner surface of the existing pipe 100 including an object segment to be repaired inside the object segment to be repaired under a state having a deformation characteristic before its hardening; pressing the lining material 12 against the inner surface of the existing pipe 100 by expanding a diameter of a cylindrical sleeve after arranging a diameter-expandable cylindrical sleeve 20 having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the lining material 12 in the inside of the lining material 12 under an expanded diameter state so as to make its close contact; and hardening the lining material under a state in which the close contacted state is maintained.
【課題】既設管に生じたひびや亀裂等、局所的に生じた補修対象箇所を補修する既設管部分補修方法であって、止水性が確保され、低下した既設管の強度を向上させることのできる既設管部分補修方法を提供すること。【解決手段】既設管100の補修対象箇所を補修する既設管部分補修方法であって、前記補修対象箇所を含む前記既設管100の内面をその全周に亘って被覆可能な幅を有する硬化状態で筒状のライニング材12を、硬化前の変形性を有する状態で前記補修対象箇所の内側に配置する配置工程と、拡径状態で前記ライニング材12の内径以上の外径を有する拡径可能な筒状スリーブ20を、前記ライニング材12の内側に配置した後、前記筒状スリーブを拡径することにより、前記ライニング材12を前記既設管の100内面に押圧し、密着させる密着工程と、前記密着した状態を維持した状態で前記ライニング材を硬化させる硬化工程と、を含む既設管部分補修方法。【選択図】図12
