PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable liquid coating film water proof material which protects buildings from rain water or moisture in air, can release a water content gathered in a substrate side of the buildings and further is easy to be processed.SOLUTION: There is provided a moisture permeable liquid coating film water proof material containing (A) a polyoxyalkylene polymer having a silicon-containing group capable of being crosslinked by forming a siloxane bond and (B) a polyoxyalkylene plasticizer containing a repeating unit derived from oxypropylene in a main chain, the (B) component is a plasticizer (B3) containing an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer (b3) having no amino group in a terminal and having -OH group and/or an alkoxy group in the terminal, or the (B) component is a plasticizer (B4) containing polyoxyalkylene (b5) having amino groups in one or all terminal and having -OH and/or an alkoxy group in a terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
