DEEP LAYER MIXING APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep layer mixing apparatus which can establish a desired columnar improvement body easily by eliminating unevenness in pressure applied to the side part of an improvement body.SOLUTION: A deep layer mixing apparatus comprises: a rod 20 which has a middle pipe with an excavation tooth 23 and a solidification material discharge port at the lowermost end part and an outer pipe installed outside the middle pipe and that rotationally drives the middle pipe and the outer pipe in the contrary direction mutually; an agitation mixing part 26 which has a middle pipe agitating blade 27 installed at the lower end of the rod 20 and rotating integrally with the middle pipe and an outer pipe agitating blade 28 rotating integrally with the outer pipe and which agitates and mixes an excavated ground and a solidification material; and a mixed soil guide part 34 which is installed in the agitation mixing part 26 and which can guide in-situ soil and a solidification material mixed in the agitation mixing part 26 to the side of the center position of the rod 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
