DEEP LAYER MIXING PROCESSING METHOD
To provide a deep layer mixing processing method using an agitating and mixing device having a corotation monitoring device, which can efficiently constructing a soil cement column while ensuring quality of the soil cement column based on a corotation state of excavated soil as a determination element.SOLUTION: In a deep layer mixing processing method using an agitating and mixing device having a corotation monitoring device 6 to detect corotation of excavated soil around a rotation rod 1 in the invention, construction is executed by selecting a rotation diameter of a corotation prevention blade 4 so as to be suitable for a construction site based on excavation resistance degree R1 during construction at the construction site and the corotation state of the excavated soil obtained by the corotation monitoring device 6. When selecting the corotation prevention blade 4 having a rotation diameter, the corotation prevention blade 4 that is shorter as much as possible is selected in a range where the corotation of the corotation prevention blade 4 detected by the corotation monitoring device 6 does not occur or occurs at a prescribed level or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】共回り監視装置を備えた攪拌・混合装置による深層混合処理工法において、掘削土の共回り状況を判断要素として、ソイルセメントコラムの品質を確保しつつ、その築造を効率的に行うことができる深層混合処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明では回転ロッド1の周囲の掘削土の共回りを検出する共回り監視装置6を備えた攪拌・混合装置を使用した深層混合処理工法において、施工現場における施工時の掘進抵抗の大きさR1と共回り監視装置6によって得られた掘削土の共回り状況から、共回り防止翼4について当該施工現場に適する回転径を選択して施工を行う。回転径を備えた共回り防止翼4の選択に関しては、共回り監視装置6によって検出される共回り防止翼4の共回りが生じていないかまたは所定以下と判断される範囲で、できるだけ短い共回り防止翼4を選択して施工を行う。【選択図】図3
