TEMPORARY RECEIVING METHOD OF EXISTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary receiving method of an existing structure capable of efficiently temporarily receiving a vertical load of the existing structure directly supported by a footing foundation, even under an environment of being unable to remove a floor slab.SOLUTION: A temporary receiving method comprises a first process of executing construction of a groove-shaped work pit capable of passing through an intermediate position of an adjacent footing foundation and primary excavation for constructing a reinforcement space positioned around a foundation beam, a second process of reinforcing the foundation beam and the footing foundation by using the reinforcement space, a third process of improving the ground under the footing foundation and on its periphery, a fourth process of secondarily excavating the ground under an underground beam by leaving the ground under the footing foundation and a fifth process of driving a temporary receiving pile in at least any one of under the foundation beam and under the footing foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
