TEMPORARY RECEIVING METHOD FOR VERTICAL LOAD OF ASEISMIC BASE ISOLATION RETROFITTING CONSTRUCTION, AND TEMPORARY RECEIVING STRUCTURE THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which conventional temporary receiving methods for vertical load of aseismic base isolation retrofitting construction require a curing period for concrete and become longer in construction period, and are large in cost for removal thereof.SOLUTION: In a temporary receiving method for vertical load of aseismic base isolation retrofitting construction that crimps a temporary receiving member which temporarily receives axial force of a building by a crimping member penetrating an existing column of the building so as to temporarily receive the axial force applied to the existing column by the temporary receiving member and a jack mounted on the temporary receiving member when an aseismic base isolation device is installed at a place where a part of the existing column is cut, the temporary receiving member is formed in advance at a factory in the form of precast concrete brackets 3a, 3b in a vertically or horizontally divided state to be installed on the column.
【課題】本発明は、免震レトロフィット工事における鉛直荷重の仮受け方法に関し、従来の鉛直荷重の仮受け方法ではコンクリートの養生期間が必要で工期が長くなり、これを撤去する費用も嵩むことが課題であって、それを解決することである。【解決手段】建物の既存柱の一部を切断した箇所に免震装置を設置する際に、前記建物の軸力を仮受けする仮受け部材を当該既存柱に貫通させた圧着部材で圧着し、前記既存柱に掛かる軸力を前記仮受け部材および該仮受け部材に載置したジャッキで一旦仮受けする仮受け方法において、前記仮受け部材を、前記柱に設置する状態で予め上下に分割した状態、若しくは、左右に分割した状態で、予め工場でプレキャストコンクリートブラケット3a,3bにして形成しておくこととした免震レトロフィット工事における鉛直荷重の仮受け方法である。【選択図】図1
