PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle parking entry/exit management system appropriately managing the number of vehicles in a first parking lot.SOLUTION: Control units 15 and 25 of a vehicle parking entry/exit management system 100 include a first mode, a second mode, and a third mode. In the first mode and second mode, the control units manage the number of taxis T moving from a second parking lot 20 to the first parking lot 10, on the basis of information including the number of taxis T in the first parking lot 10 and the number of taxis T in the second parking lot 20. The first mode is a management mode for fixing the number of vehicles for determining the fullness, the second mode is a management mode for varying the number of vehicles for determining the fullness, and the third mode is a management mode for managing only the number of taxis T in the first parking lot 10 without using the second parking lot 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
