VEHICLE ENTRY AND EXIT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a vehicle entry/exit management system capable of blocking vehicles with stolen license plates and, more specifically, to a technology in which in addition to a camera and a parking management server, a stolen license plate determination server is additionally provided to compare a license plate number and appearance of the vehicle entering or exiting with the registered license plate number and appearance, and it is possible to effectively discriminate and block vehicles with stolen license plates by comparing the data of the vehicle currently entering or exiting, such as the entry and exit history of the registered vehicles stored in advance, entry and exit time pattern data, parking pattern data, traffic line data, etc.
본 발명은 번호판 도용 차량의 차단이 가능한 차량 입출차 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 카메라와 주차관리서버 외에 번호판 도용 판별서버를 추가로 구비하여 입차 또는 출차 하는 차량의 차량번호 및 외형을 등록된 차량번호 및 외형과 비교함과 동시에 미리 저장된 등록 차량의 입출차 이력, 입출차 시간 패턴 데이터, 주차 패턴 데이터, 동선 데이터 등과 현재 입차 또는 출차 하는 차량의 데이터를 비교함으로써 번호판 도용 차량을 효과적으로 판별하고 차단하는 것이 가능한 기술에 대한 것이다.
