TREATMENT METHOD AND TREATMENT DEVICE OF CHLORINE BYPASS EXTRACTION STEAM DUST
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably removing a chlorine component from a cement manufacturing facility while avoiding reduction of cement quality when a chlorine bypass extraction steam dust is added to cement clinker.SOLUTION: There is provided a treatment method of a chlorine bypass extraction steam dust by extracting a part of flue gas G from a kiln exhaust gas from a kiln tail of a cement kiln 2 to a lowermost cyclone of a pre-heater while cooling the same, separating a coarse powder D1 from the extracted gas and recovering fine powder from the extracted gas after separation of the coarse powder, including adding a part of fine powder D2 separated from the extracted gas G2 and the coarse powder separated from the extracted gas to a cement clinker in a cement pulverization process. There is provided a method for classifying the coarse powder separated from the extracted gas and adding a fine powder D6 obtained by the classification to the cement clinker in the cement pulverization process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塩素バイパス抽気ダストをセメントクリンカに添加する場合に、セメント品質の低下を回避しつつ、セメント製造設備から安定的に塩素分を除去する方法の提供。【解決手段】セメントキルン2の窯尻からプレヒータの最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼排ガスの一部Gを冷却しながら抽気し、抽気ガスから粗粉D1を分離し、粗粉分離後の抽気ガスから微粉を回収する塩素バイパス抽気ダストの処理方法であって、抽気ガスG2から分離された微粉D2の一部と、抽気ガスから分離された粗粉とをセメント粉砕工程においてセメントクリンカに添加する方法。また、抽気ガスから分離された粗粉を分級し、分級によって得られた微粉D6をセメント粉砕工程においてセメントクリンカに添加する方法。【選択図】図1
