SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT BRACKET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase assembly rigidity strength between a ceiling joist receiver 3 and a ceiling joist 5 containing a surrounding area of a ceiling joist 5 with an independently integrated assembling structure independent from a ceiling joist mounting bracket 6 itself and its support-receiving structure, prevent torsion and deformation of the ceiling joist 5 itself formed of a sheet when receiving a vibration load caused by earthquakes, and thereby preferably hold a close contact state between the ceiling joist receiver 3 and the ceiling joist 5, and prevent looseness and positional displacement between both members to maintain squareness.SOLUTION: A seismic reinforcement bracket 7 integrally includes a ceiling joist-receiving cover part 71, the U-shaped ceiling joist-receiving fitting/fixing part 72 disposed at both sides, and a ceiling joist fitting insertion fixing part 73 extended and formed with a length width where the tip side passes through the lower surface area of the ceiling joist receiver 3. The ceiling joist-receiving fitting/fixing part 72 is directly screwed to the ceiling joist receiver 3 at both sides of a ceiling joist mounting bracket 6, and the ceiling joist fitting insertion fixing part 73 is directly screwed to both surface sides of the ceiling joist 5 at two places of the base end side and the tip side part positioned outwardly of the lower surface area of the ceiling joist receiver 3, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】野縁取付金具6自体やその支持受け構造に依存しない独立一体化した組付け構成をもって、野縁5の周辺域を含め、野縁受け3と野縁5との組付け剛性強度を高め、地震等による振動負荷を受けた際に、薄板にて形成される野縁5自体のねじれや変形を防止して、野縁受け3と野縁5との間の密着状態を好適に保持し、両者間のガタツキや位置ズレを防止し直角度を維持する。【解決手段】耐震補強金具7を、野縁受け被覆部71と、その両側に配設されるコ字状の野縁受け嵌装固定部72と、その先端側が野縁受け3の下面域を通過する長さ幅をもって延出形成された野縁嵌挿固定部73とを一体に備え、野縁受け嵌装固定部72を野縁取付金具6の両側で野縁受け3に、野縁嵌挿固定部73をその基端側と野縁受け3の下面域の外方に位置する先端側部位の2個所で、野縁5の両側面に、夫々直接ネジ固定する。【選択図】 図6
