REFLECTION MEMBER FOR PROTECTIVE FENCE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection member for a protective fence column, for reducing manufacturing cost, capable of easily fitting in a column by manpower, eliminating risk of damaging by fitting-in to the column, and reducing influence imparted to a person even when striking on the person by scattering by being damaged by a collision accident of a vehicle to a protective fence.SOLUTION: In a reflection member for a protective fence column composed of a reflection member body 3 fitted in a cap so as to cover the cap of a protective fence, a plurality of claws 5 formed toward the inside on the lower edge of the reflection member body 3 and a light reflection material 4 provided on a side surface of the reflection member body 3, in which a diameter of a circle of connecting a tip part of the claws 5 before fitting-in of the reflection member body 3 is smaller than a diameter of an outer peripheral surface of the cap, and when fitting the reflection member body 3 in the cap, the claws 5 expand outward against elastic force, and return to an original state by the elastic force after completing the fitting-in, a projection-shaped rib 6 is formed along the height direction of the reflection member body 3 on an inner surface of the reflection member body 3, and the rib 6 is formed in a plurality at an interval in the circumferential direction of the reflection member body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造コストが安く、人手により容易に支柱に嵌め込むことができ、支柱に対して嵌め込み損じるおそれがなく、しかも、防護柵への車の衝突事故等により破損して飛散し、人に当たった場合であっても人に与える影響が少ない防護柵支柱用反射部材を提供する。【解決手段】防護柵のキャップを覆うようにキャップに嵌め込まれる反射部材本体３と、反射部材本体３の下縁に内側に向けて形成された複数個の爪５と、反射部材本体３の側面に設けられた光反射材４とからなり、反射部材本体３の嵌め込み前の爪５の先端部を結ぶ円の直径は、キャップの外周面の直径より小さく、反射部材本体３をキャップに嵌め込む際には、爪５は、弾性力に抗して外方に広がり、嵌め込みが完了した後は、弾性力により元の状態に復帰する防護柵支柱用反射部材において、反射部材本体３の内面には、反射部材本体３の高さ方向に沿って凸状のリブ６が形成され、リブ６は、反射部材本体３の周方向に間隔をあけて複数本、形成されている。【選択図】図１
