CONDUIT LINE REGENERATION METHOD AND TIMBERING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit line regeneration method capable of promoting a regeneration work efficiently within a short period even if the work is carried out at a large diameter conduit line or a long distance segment and provide a timbering device suitable for the conduit line regeneration method.SOLUTION: A long-sized belt-like member 6 is wound in a helical manner to form a lining conduit 4, a timbering device 1 is installed in the lining conduit 4 arranged in an existing conduit 3 and back-filling material is filled in a clearance between the existing conduit 3 and the lining conduit 4. In addition, a small-diameter conduit 5 having an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the lining conduit 4 is formed by winding the belt-like member 6 in a helical manner, and this small diameter conduit 5 is transmitted to a work site of a pipe making stage in the existing conduit 3. At the conduit making step, the lining conduit 4 is not only formed under application of the belt-like member 6 directly supplied from the ground, but also it is formed with application of the belt-like member 6 got after decomposing of the small diameter conduit 5 to regenerate the existing conduit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 大口径の管路や長距離区間での更生作業であっても効率よく短期間で作業を進めることが可能な管路更生方法および該方法に好適な支保工装置を提供する。【解決手段】 長尺の帯状部材6を螺旋状に巻回してライニング管4を形成し、既設管3内に配設したライニング管4の内部に支保工装置1を設置し、既設管3とライニング管4との間隙に裏込め材を充填する。また、ライニング管4の内径よりも小さい外径を有する小径管5を、帯状部材6を螺旋状に巻回して形成し、この小径管5を、既設管3内における製管工程の施工箇所へ移送する。製管工程では、ライニング管4を、地上から直接供給された帯状部材6を用いて形成するだけでなく、小径管5を解体して得た帯状部材6を用いても形成して既設管3を更生する。【選択図】 図1
