METHOD FOR REINFORCING OR REPAIRING OBJECT AND FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN PREPREG SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing or repairing an object using a fiber-reinforced resin prepreg sheet which prevents the displacement of the prepreg sheet at thermal curing, is easy in the exfoliation of an exfoliation sheet, and does not hinder adhesion to the object.SOLUTION: A method for reinforcing or repairing an object includes a pasting process and a thermal curing process. In the pasting process, a specified fiber-reinforced resin prepreg sheet is pasted to the object. The fiber-reinforced resin prepreg sheet includes a first resin layer which is formed of a resin composition containing an uncured resin, a fiber-reinforced resin layer containing the resin composition and a fiber, and a second resin layer. The resin composition has the following physical properties. (i) A storage elastic modulus at a temperature of 30°C and a frequency of 100 Hz is not lower than 30,000 Pa. (ii) A storage elastic modulus at a temperature of 30°C and a frequency of 1 Hz is not higher than 200,000 Pa. (iii) The lowest viscosity is not lower than 1 Pa s at a temperature not lower than 130°C and not higher than 150°C. In the thermal curing process, the pasted fiber-reinforced resin prepreg sheet is heated at a temperature not lower than 100°C and not higher than 200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱硬化時にプリプレグシートのずれを防ぎ、剥離シートが剥離し易く、かつ対象物への接着性を阻害しない繊維強化樹脂プリプレグシートを用いた対象物を補強・補修する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の対象物を補強・補修する方法は貼付工程と熱硬化工程とを含む。貼付工程では特定の繊維強化樹脂プリプレグシートを対象物に貼り付ける。繊維強化樹脂プリプレグシートは、未硬化樹脂を含む樹脂組成物で構成される第1樹脂層と、当該樹脂組成物と繊維とを含む繊維強化樹脂層と、第2樹脂層と、を含む。当該樹脂組成物は以下の物性を有する。(i)30℃、周波数100Hzでの貯蔵弾性率が30,000Pa以上;(ii)30℃、周波数1Hzでの貯蔵弾性率が200,000Pa以下;(iii)130℃以上150℃以下で1Pa・s以上の最低粘度を示す。熱硬化工程では、貼り付けられた繊維強化樹脂プリプレグシートを100℃以上200℃以下で加熱する。【選択図】図1
