FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN PREPREG AND METHOD TO REINFORCE OR REPAIR AN OBJECT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin prepreg that resists being displaced at the time of thermal curing after attached to a reinforcement or repair object, and a method to reinforce or repair an object using the same.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin prepreg has a thermosetting resin composition and a fiber. The thermosetting resin composition shows a lowest viscosity ηmin (Pa s) at a temperature T(°C), and a viscosity ηk(Pa s) higher than the lowest viscosity ηmin at T-10 (°C); the lowest viscosity ηmin is 200 Pa s or more; and the difference between the lowest viscosity ηmin and the viscosity ηk is 1 Pa s or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】補強対象物または補修対象物へ貼付された後、熱硬化時でのずれが防止される繊維強化樹脂プリプレグ、およびそれを用いた対象物を補強または補修する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の繊維強化樹脂プリプレグは、熱硬化性樹脂組成物と繊維とを含む。熱硬化性樹脂組成物は、温度T(℃)で最低粘度ηmin(Pa・s)を示し、T−10(℃)で最低粘度ηminより高い粘度ηk(Pa・s)を示し、最低粘度ηminが200Pa・s以上、かつ、最低粘度ηminと粘度ηkとの差が1Pa・s以上である。【選択図】図3
