PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a disaster of a pipe conduit laid underground.SOLUTION: A pipe conduit disaster prediction device comprises an input part 12 acquiring a prediction range of an earthquake disaster with a predetermined section as a unit, a pipe conduit acquisition part 31 successively selecting a pipe conduit present in the section included in the prediction range based on pipe conduit characteristic information and setting as an arithmetic operation object the selected pipe conduit, an initial strength arithmetic operation part 32 for arithmetically operating initial strength based on a characteristic of an arithmetic operation object pipe conduit and pipe conduit strength information, a strength prediction line arithmetic operation part 33 for arithmetically operating a strength prediction line of the arithmetic operation object pipe conduit based on the pipe conduit strength information, initial strength and section water quantity information and a residual strength arithmetic operation part 34 for arithmetically operating residual strength of the arithmetic operation object pipe conduit based on required strength corresponding to geographical-geological information of the arithmetic operation object pipe conduit, the strength prediction line and the present time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
