UNIT WATER CONDUIT PIPE FOR VERTICAL WATER CONDUIT PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit water conduit pipe for a vertical water conduit pipe capable of forming a spiral part including a continuous top face.SOLUTION: A unit water conduit pipe 7 comprises a split outer cylinder part 5 and a split spiral part 6 that is provided inside of the split outer cylinder part 5, and forms a vertical water conduit pipe 1 of a spiral flow system by vertically abutting the split outer cylinder part and the split spiral part. In the unit water conduit pipe, the split outer cylinder part 5 and the split spiral part 6 are included integrally. In the split outer cylinder parts 5 and 5 of upper and lower unit water conduit pipes 7 and 7, joint end faces 8 and 8A that are abutted to each other are provided. In the split spiral parts 6 and 6 of the upper and lower unit water conduit pipes 7 and 7, abutment faces 51 and 52 which are abutted to each other to form a continuous top face in the location of the abutment are provided. Therefore, the upper and lower unit water conduit pipes 7 and 7 are abutted, the joint end faces 8 and 8A of the split outer cylinder parts 5 and 5 are abutted and the upper and lower abutment faces 51 and 52 of the spit spiral parts 6 and 6 are abutted, thereby constructing a vertical water conduit pipe 1 comprising a spiral part 3 in which there is no step on a bottom face of the location of abutment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】連続した上面を有する螺旋部を形成することができる垂直導水管の単位導水管を得る。【解決手段】分割外筒部5と、この分割外筒部5の内部に設けた分割螺旋部6とを備え、上下に突き合わせて螺旋流方式の垂直導水管1を形成する単位導水管7において、分割外筒部5と分割螺旋部6を一体に備え、上,下の単位導水管7,7の分割外筒部5,5には、互いに突き合わされる接合端面8,8Aが設けられ、上,下の単位導水管7,7の分割螺旋部6,6には、互いに突き合わされて該突き合わせ箇所で連続した上面を形成する突き合わせ面51,52が設けられているから、上,下の単位導水管7,7を突き合わせ、分割外筒部5,5の接合端面8,8A同士を突き合わせると共に、分割螺旋部6,6の上,下の突き合わせ面51,52を突き合わせることにより、突き合わせ箇所の底面に段差のない螺旋部3を有する垂直導水管1を構築することができる。【選択図】図1
