SLIP FORM DEVICE AND SLIP FORM METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip form device and a slip form method, stably re-operable, after stopping work for a long time.SOLUTION: A slip form device 10 comprises forms 11 and 12 separately oppositely arranged to a cylindrical body 100 and a hydraulic jack 15 for moving the forms 11 and 12 in the upper direction. The respective forms 11 and 12 are provided with a horizontal position adjustment mechanism part 50 for individually moving the respective forms in the horizontal direction. When re-operating the slip form device 10 after stopping for a long time, the oppositely arranged forms 11 and 12 are separated with every one side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長時間の作業停止後に、安定して再稼働できるスリップフォーム装置及びスリップフォーム方法を提供する。【解決手段】スリップフォーム装置１０は、筒体１００に対して離間して対向配置される型枠１１，１２と、型枠１１，１２を上方向に移動させる油圧ジャッキ１５とを備える。各型枠１１，１２には、各型枠を個別に水平方向に移動させる水平位置調整機構部５０が設けられている。そして、スリップフォーム装置１０を長時間停止した後に再稼働させる場合には、対向配置させる型枠１１，１２を片方ずつ剥離する。【選択図】図１
