PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable heavy machine unit which facilitates installation and removal of a heavy machine to and from a work site and is excellent in safety.SOLUTION: Support legs are detachably provided at four corners of an installation base apart from a jack device. First, the installation base is raised by the jack device, lifted from a loading space of a vehicle, and temporarily supported by the jack device. Then, by mounting the supporting legs provided apart from the jack device on the installation base, the installation base is supported by the supporting legs. This can prevent the installation base from descending due to hydraulic pressure release of the jack device. At this time, the jack device is arranged on the outer side of the support legs in a front-rear direction of the installation base, and thereby attachment and detachment of the support legs can be performed using the same crane on the installation base while ensuring a large working radius of the crane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業現場への重機の設置及び撤去が容易にし、安全性に優れた可搬式重機ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】ジャッキ装置とは別に設置台の四隅に支持脚を着脱可能に設け、まず、ジャッキ装置によって設置台を上昇させ車両の荷台から設置台を浮き上がらせ、ジャッキ装置によって設置台を仮支持する。次に、ジャッキ装置とは別に設けた支持脚を設置台に装着することによって、支持脚により設置台を本支持する。これにより、ジャッキ装置の油圧抜けによる設置台の降下を防止することができる。この際、ジャッキ装置を設置台の前後方向で支持脚よりも外側に配置したので、クレーンの作業半径を広く確保しつつ、設置台上の同じクレーンを使用して支持脚の着脱作業を行うことができる。【選択図】 図１
