PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily switch an available authentication medium while securing security.SOLUTION: An electric lock control device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires, from a first medium storing authentication information for authenticating a user of a storage box, the authentication information, acquires, from a second medium storing an update command for updating correspondence between the first medium and the storage box, the update command, and acquires, from a third medium storing permission information with respect to permission of execution of the update command, the permission information; an electric lock control unit that on the basis of the authentication information acquired from the first medium by the acquisition unit, authenticates a user and controls locking/unlocking of an electric lock of a storage box corresponding to the user; and an update command execution unit that executes the update command acquired from the second medium by the acquisition unit on the basis of the permission information acquired from the third medium by the acquisition unit and updates the correspondence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
