To alleviate an introduction load while securing security.SOLUTION: An electric lock control device includes: a storage part for associating an electric lock ID of an electric lock connected to a radio relay device, a relay device ID of the radio relay device, and a user ID which is allowed to unlock the electric lock, and storing them; a terminal communication part for acquiring the relay device ID of the radio relay device to which the user terminal is connected from a predetermined user terminal, and for performing predetermined notification, to the user terminal, according to the relay device ID acquired referring to the storage part; an acquisition part for acquiring a biometric authentication result based on the biometric information of a user acquired from the user terminal based on the notification; and an unlocking part which identifies the electric lock ID which is associated with the pair of the relay device ID and the user ID, in the case where the user ID identified when the biometric authentication result shows success and the user ID associated with the acquired relay device ID match with each other, and which instructs unlocking of the electric lock corresponding to the identified electric lock ID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
