PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure which suppresses strength degradation of a substrate material which serves as a substrate for a second roof material constructed on a first roof material, and in which the substrate material can be easily mounted on a fixture, and to provide the fixture.SOLUTION: A roof structure includes a first roof material 11, a projection 123, a fixture 3, a substrate material 4 and a second roof material 21. The projection 123 projects upward from the first roof material 11. The fixture 3 is arranged on the first roof material 11. The substrate material 4 is arranged on the first roof material 11, and mounted on the projection 123 via the fixture 3. The second roof material 21 is arranged on the substrate material 4, and mounted on the substrate material 4. The fixture 3 includes a first member 31 and a second member 32. The first member 31 is mounted on the projection 123. The second member 32 is mounted on the lower side of the substrate material 4. The second member 32 includes a fixed part 330. The fixed part 330 protrudes to the further outside than the substrate material 4 from below the substrate material 4. The fixed part 330 is fixed to the first member 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
