To provide a fixture for a roof that can be shipped with a seam part insertion gap secured between grasping parts, and can be set in the seam part of the roof in this shipping state so as to be tightened and fixed.SOLUTION: A separation holding body 13 for maintaining a pair of grasping parts 4 in a separated state in which a seam part 2 of a roof 1 can be inserted is interposed between a first member 5 and a second member 6. The separation holding body 13 is composed of a hooking part 15 that can be hooked on the other of the pair of grasping parts 4 from above, and a seam contact part 16 that is arranged between the pair of grasping parts 4 so that, when a hooking part 15 is hooked on the other grasping part 4, the pair of grasping parts 4 are prevented from approaching each other so that the pair of grasping parts 4 are held in a separated state in which the seam part 2 can be inserted, and, when the seam part 2 is inserted between the pair of grasping parts 4 from below, the seam contact part 16 is pushed up by the seam part 2 and the hooking part 15 is disengaged from the other grasping part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
