UNIT FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit fitting capable of reducing an aspect dimension of an indoor side part of a mullion, and capable of pre-installing a horizontal girth in a manufacturing site not in a construction site.SOLUTION: A unit fitting 1 comprises left-right mullions 5A and 5B, a horizontal member installed in the mullions 5A and 5B and a panel 7 arranged between the mullions 5A and 5B. The mullions 5A and 5B are respectively provided with panel receiving parts 50A and 60A for receiving the panel 7 and indoor depth piece parts 50B and 60B positioned on the indoor side more than the panel receiving parts 50A and 60A. A horizontal girth 70 for forming a machine screw hole is arranged between the indoor depth piece parts 50B and 60B. The horizontal girth 70 is fixed between the indoor depth piece parts 50B and 60B by a lockscrew 15 screwed in the machine screw hole from the indoor depth piece parts 50B, 60B side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】方立の室内側部分の見付け寸法を小さくできるとともに、施工現場でなく製造現場などで横つなぎ材を予め設置できるユニット建具を提供すること。【解決手段】ユニット建具1は、左右の方立5A,5Bと、方立5A,5Bに取り付けられる横材と、方立5A,5B間に配置されるパネル7とを備える。方立5A,5Bは、パネル7を受けるパネル受け部50A,60Aと、パネル受け部50A,60Aよりも室内側に位置する室内見込み片部50B,60Bとをそれぞれ有する。室内見込み片部50B,60B間には、ビスホールが形成された横つなぎ材70が配置される。横つなぎ材70は、室内見込み片部50B,60B側からビスホールにねじ込まれる固定ねじ15によって室内見込み片部50B,60B間に固定される。【選択図】図3
