INSPECTION FRAME AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection frame used for accurately detecting a filled state of an adhesive material in a hole in which an anchor is fixed.SOLUTION: An inspection frame 3 is used for non-destructive inspection of inspecting the filled state of an adhesive material 5 between an anchor B and an anchor hole M2 in a structure M in which a fixation portion B1 is buried. The inspection frame includes: a main body 31 molded in a solid truncated conical shape using the same material as that of the structure; and a cylindrical portion 32 disposed in the center of the main body so as to insert a head B2 of the anchor into it. A probe 2 is made to travel on an inclined peripheral surface 311 of the main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカーを定着させた孔の接着材の充填状況が正確に検出されるようにするための検査架台を提供する。【解決手段】アンカーBとその定着部B1を埋設させる構造物Mのアンカー孔M2との間の接着材5の充填状況を検査する非破壊検査に使用される検査架台3である。そして、構造物と同質の材料によって中実な截頭円錐状に成形された本体部31と、アンカーの頭部B2を挿入させるために本体部の中央に設けられた筒状部32とを備えている。この本体部の傾斜した周面311では、探査機2を走行させる。【選択図】図1
