PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength improving agent for hydraulic composition and an additive for hydraulic composition which can sufficiently exhibit a long-term curability improvement effect of a hydraulic composition containing hydraulic cement, and to provide a concrete composition containing the strength improving agent for hydraulic composition and the additive for hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: A strength improving agent being a strength improving agent for hydraulic composition containing hydraulic cement contains an oxycarboxylic acid (salt) having 3 or less carbon atoms. An additive for hydraulic composition being an additive for hydraulic composition containing hydraulic cement contains a hydraulic material dispersant containing at least one selected from a sulfonic acid-based dispersant and a polycarboxylic-based copolymer, and a strength improving agent for hydraulic composition containing an oxycarboxylic acid (salt) having 3 or less carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
