STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING DECORATIVE MOLDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for mounting a decorative molding on a decorated surface, the decorative molding having a closed transverse cross-section form and being hard to get deformed at a time of extrusion molding, and the structure and the method offering excellent appearance design.SOLUTION: A cylindrical decorative molding 10 having two openings 11, 15 on a side wall is mounted on a decorated surface S through a fixture 20 fixed on the decorated surface S. The fixture used includes first and second elastic members 22a, 22b that are energized elastically in directions that separate the members from each other, a supporting step part 23 along a virtual line connecting the elastic members, a third elastic member 22c energized elastically toward the decorated surface, and an engaging part 25a formed on the third elastic member. The first and second elastic members stably hold the decorative mold, by pressing against two side walls of the decorative molding from inside, the side walls being positioned opposite each other. The supporting step part stabilizes an attitude of the decorative molding by coming in contact with a side of the first opening 11. The engaging part 25a is positioned opposite a side of the second opening 15, and prevents fall-out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】閉じた横断面形状を有していて押出成形時にも変形し難い化粧モールを被化粧面に取り付ける取付構造および方法であって、外観意匠も良好な取付構造および方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状で一側壁に２つの開口１１、１５を備えた化粧モール１０を、被化粧面Ｓに固定した取付具２０を介して、当該被化粧面Ｓに取り付ける。使用する取付具は、互いに離れる方向へ弾性的に付勢された第１、第２の弾性部材２２ａ、２２ｂと、両弾性部材を結ぶ仮想線に沿う支持段部２３と、被化粧面に向かって弾性的に付勢された第３弾性部材２２ｃと、第３弾性部材に形成された係止部２５ａと、を備える。第１、第２の弾性部材は、化粧モールの対向する２つの側壁に内部から圧接して、化粧モールを安定保持する。支持段部は、第１開口１１の一辺に当接して化粧モールの姿勢を安定させる。係止部２５ａは、第２開口１５の一辺に対向して、抜けを防止する。【選択図】図１
