PILE HOLE DRILLING DEVICE AND PILE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile hole drilling device capable of immediately surely determining whether or not bearing power of the tile tip is sufficient, by forming a pile hole in the ground.SOLUTION: A hollow rod 50 of a rotatably excavating lower end rod member 5A is incorporated with a hammer casing 10 of a penetrometer 1, a fixed lifting guide cylinder 11, casing displacement means 2A, a knocking block 12 fixed to the lower end of the hammer casing 10, a penetration shaft 13, a drive hammer 14 for impacting the knocking block 12 by a free fall and a suspension mechanism 3 for releasing downward in a predetermined height by suspending the drive hammer 14 after falling. An opening part 53 is formed in a lower end central part of the hollow rod 50, and after forming a required pile hole H, a penetration test can be executed for investigating support strength of a hole bottom Hb from an impact frequency of the drive hammer 14 required for penetrating the penetration shaft 13 projected from the opening part 53 by the predetermined depth from the hole bottom Hb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】地盤に杭孔を形成し、直ちに杭先端の支持力が充分であるか否かを確実に判定し得る杭孔掘削装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転掘削を行う下端ロッド部材5Aの中空ロッド50内に、貫入試験機1のハンマーケーシング10、固定の昇降ガイド筒11、ケーシング変位手段2A、ハンマーケーシング10の下端に固着されたノッキングブロック12及び貫入軸13、ノッキングブロック12を自由落下によって打撃するドライブハンマー14、落下後のドライブハンマー14を吊り上げて所定高さで下放する吊上げ機構3を内蔵する。中空ロッド50の下端中央部に開口部53が形成され、所要の杭孔Hを形成後、開口部53より突出した貫入軸13が孔底Hbから所定深さ貫入するのに要するドライブハンマー14の打撃回数から孔底Hbの支持強度を調べる貫入試験を実施可能とする。【選択図】図7
