PENETRATION TESTING DEVICE FOR PILE HOLE, AND PILE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration testing device for a pile hole made to descend to a bottom in a pile hole formed in a ground, for immediately determining load bearing capacity of the ground at pile bottom.SOLUTION: A penetration testing device for a pile hole includes: a hammer casing 2 fitted movably up and down inside an outer casing 1; a suspension support member 3 fixed on a top end part of the hammer casing 2 through a top end side opening 11a of the outer casing 1; a penetration shaft 4 at a bottom end of the hammer casing 2 that protrudes from a bottom end side opening 12a of the outer casing 1; and bellows cylinder bodies 5A, 5B sealing the openings 11a, 12a. The hammer casing 2 has built-in drive hammer and hoisting mechanism, the drive hammer striking with a freely falling knocking block on a bottom end, and the hoisting mechanism hoisting the fallen drive hammer and releasing the drive hammer downward from a prescribed height. Load bearing capacity of a ground at a pile bottom is measured based on a number of strikes needed for the penetration shaft 4 to penetrate for a prescribed depth, after landing and contacting on the pile bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地盤に形成した杭孔内に着底させ、直ちに杭底地盤の支持力を判定し得る杭孔用貫入試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】外側ケーシング1内にハンマーケーシング2が昇降自在に装填され、吊支部材3が外側ケーシング1の上端側開口部11aを通してハンマーケーシング2の上端部に止着され、ハンマーケーシング2の下端の貫入軸4が外側ケーシング1の下端側開口部12aより突出され、両端開口部11a,12aを封止するベローズ筒体5A,5Bを備える。ハンマーケーシング2は、下端のノッキングブロックを自由落下で打撃するドライブハンマーと、落下したドライブハンマーを吊り上げて所定高さで下放する吊上げ機構とを内蔵する。着底時の孔底に接当した貫入軸4が所定深さ貫入するのに要する打撃回数から孔底地盤の支持強度を測定するように構成されてなる。【選択図】図2
