METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COOLING LAMINATED RUBBER-TYPE BASE ISOLATION SUPPORT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for cooling a laminated rubber-type base isolation support, which can shorten operation time by rapidly performing cooling.SOLUTION: A plurality of casings 4 are arranged around a laminated rubber-type base isolation support 1 that is installed in a clearance between a building foundation 2 and a building frame 3, and each casing 4 is attached to a shell 11 of the laminated rubber-type base isolation support 1. Gas produced by vaporizing a coolant L is discharged to the outside of the casing 4 while the coolant L is supplied into the attached casing 4, and the laminated rubber-type base isolation support 1 is cooled by an endothermic effect associated with vaporization of the coolant L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】冷却を迅速に行うことにより作業時間を短縮できる積層ゴム型免震支承の冷却方法及び冷却装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物基礎2と建物躯体3との間隙に設置された積層ゴム型免震支承1の周囲に複数の筐体4を配置し、その筐体4の各々を積層ゴム型免震支承1の胴体11に装着する。そして、装着した筐体4内に冷却液Lを供給しつつ、その冷却液Lが気化したガスを筐体4外へ排出し、冷却液Lの気化に伴う吸熱効果により積層ゴム型免震支承1を冷却する。【選択図】図3
