PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance bearing force, since a deep second swelling part 40 (rib processing) is formed in a shallow first swelling part 30 (bead processing).SOLUTION: A first hardware piece 5 fixed to first wood and a second hardware piece 15 fixed to second wood are joined by a bending wire 3, and are formed as a hardware base material 1 by being arranged in θ=90°. A first swelling part 30 is formed by widely swelling the whole central side toward the surface 7, 17 side by leaving wood abutting parts 4 and 14 on the outer peripheral edge side by the hardware base material 1. Assuming a thickness of the hardware base material 1 as t0, and a distance of a step difference between surfaces 11 and 21 of the hardware base material 1 and a surface 31 of the first swelling part 30 as t1, it is formed by [t1=(0.4-0.5)×t0]. Joining hardware 50 is constituted by forming joining holes 46 and 47 by forming a second swelling part 40 by largely swelling (being sufficiently deeper than the first swelling part 30) to the surface 31 side in a central part of the bending wire 32 of the first swelling part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 浅い第1膨出部30(ビード加工)の中に、深い第2膨出部40(リブ加工)を形成したので、より耐力を高める。【解決手段】第1木材に固定する第1金物片5と第2木材に固定する第2金物片15とを屈曲線3で併せてθ=90°で配置して金物基材1とする。金物基材1で、外周縁側に木材当接部4、14を残して中心側全体を表面7、17側に向けて広く膨出させて、第1膨出部30とする。金物基材1の厚さをt0、金物基材1の表面11、21と第1膨出部30の表面31との段差の距離t1とすると、「t1=(0.4〜0.5)×t0」で形成する。第1膨出部30の屈曲線32の中央部で表面31側に大きく膨出させて(第1膨出部30より十分に深く)、第2膨出部40を形成し、接合孔46、47を形成して接合金物50を構成する。【選択図】図1
