PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crushed sand capable of independent use as a fine aggregate for concrete at low cost.SOLUTION: A powder content of proper particle size lacking wet crushed sand is compensated and generation of bleeding after concrete placing is inhibited by blending crushed sand generated in a dry process and containing powder content with particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.1 mm of about 65 to 75% and a powder content with particle diameter of 0.01 mm or less of 20 to 30% with the wet crushed sand having a classification point at a particle diameter of 3.5 mm at a percentage of 3 to 7 mass% to make an aggregate for concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】コンクリート用の細骨材として単独使用が可能な砕砂を安価に提供する。【解決手段】粒径3.5mmを分級点とする湿式砕砂に対し、粒径0.01〜0.1mmの粉分を65〜75%程度含み、かつ、粒径0.01mm以下の粉分が20〜30%含まれている乾式工程で生成された砕石粉を、3〜7質量%の割合で配合してコンクリート用の骨材とすることにより、湿式砕砂に不足する適正粒度の粉分を補って、コンクリート打設後におけるブリージングの発生を抑制する。【選択図】 図5
