The invention relates to concrete. The concrete comprises cement, water and aggregate. The aggregate comprises an expanded perlite particle, wherein the outer surface of the expanded perlite particleis coated with a reinforcing layer in advance; and furthermore, the expanded perlite particle is mixed with cement paste in advance so as to allow the outer surface of the expanded perlite particle tobe coated with a layer of cement, thereby forming the reinforcing layer. The aggregate has the effects that the outer surface of the expanded perlite particle is coated with the reinforcing layer inadvance, so the compressive strength, the shear strength and the like of the aggregate are improved indeed, the situation that the expanded perlite particles are structurally invalid due to brittle fracture caused by long-time stirring in concrete is effectively avoided, and the purpose of successfully manufacturing the heat-insulation lightweight concrete is indeed achieved.
本发明是涉及一种混凝土包含水泥、水及骨材,其中,骨材包括膨胀珍珠岩颗粒,且所述膨胀珍珠岩颗粒外表面预先包覆一层强化层,更进一步说明的是,所述膨胀珍珠岩颗粒是预先与水泥浆混合,使所述膨胀珍珠岩颗粒外表面包覆一层水泥,形成所述强化层,本发明的功效在于,透过将膨胀珍珠岩颗粒的外表面预先包覆一层强化层,确实提高抗压强度、剪切强度等等,有效避免膨胀珍珠岩颗粒因在混凝土中长时间搅拌脆性断裂而结构失效的情况,确实达到成功制造隔热轻化的混凝土的目的。
