PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce required seismic isolation devices.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation building 10 includes a structure in which a reference floor 26 of a building body 20 is seismically isolated by a seismic isolation device 90, and a suspended floor 50 acting as a floor under the reference floor 26 is suspended by the reference floor 26. A recess part 84 in which the suspended floor 50 is disposed is formed in a bottom part 82 of a seismic isolation pit 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
