SEISMIC ISOLATION BUILDING
To provide a seismic isolation building which can easily propagate stress to sufficient extent even if lower steel beams are not wrapped in the seismic isolated lower foundation footing.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation device 2 is installed on a middle floor MF, there are a seismic isolated lower foundation footing 5 made of reinforced concrete that supports the seismic isolation device 2 and a lower steel beam 13 installed at the bottom of the middle floor MF, the seismic isolated lower foundation footing 5 is constructed integrally with a floor slab 7 installed on the upper side of the lower steel beam 13 without wrapping the lower steel beam 13, an embedded stress transfer member 26 is provided inside the seismic isolation lower foundation footing 5 and a stress transmission member 25 is joined to a lower base plate 9 and the lower steel beam 13 of the seismic isolation device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震下部基礎フーチングにて下部鉄骨梁を包み込まない場合でも、十分な応力の伝達を行い易い免震建物を提供する。【解決手段】中間階MFに免震装置2を備え、免震装置2を支持する鉄筋コンクリート造の免震下部基礎フーチング5と、中間階MFの下部に設置された下部鉄骨梁13と、を備え、免震下部基礎フーチング5は、下部鉄骨梁13を包まずに下部鉄骨梁13の上方側に設置された床スラブ7と一体的に構築されると共に、免震下部基礎フーチング5内に埋め込まれた応力伝達部材26を備え、応力伝達部材25を、免震装置2の下部ベースプレート9と下部鉄骨梁13とに接合する。【選択図】図1
