ASSEMBLY HAVING SYNTHETIC RESIN WINDOW FRAME BODY AND WINDOW GLASS SURROUNDED THEREBY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly and a simple and inexpensive manufacturing method thereof, remarkably easily and inexpensively manufacturable more than a conventional assembly, in the assembly having a synthetic resin rectangular window frame body (2) and rectangular window glass (12) surrounded thereby.SOLUTION: A window glass outer peripheral edge part storage groove (14) is formed by opening only the inside, as four frame members, that is, an upper frame member (4), a lower frame member (6), one side frame member (8) and the other side frame member (10); a glass presser is arranged on both side surfaces of the storage groove (14), for sandwiching window glass by projecting in the storage groove (14); the upper frame member (4), the lower frame member (6), the one side frame member (8) and the other side frame member (10) for forming a burr storage recessed part (24), are used for both end parts of both side surfaces of the storage groove (14); and a window frame body is formed by welding the upper frame member (4), the lower frame member (6), the one side frame member (8) and the other side frame member (10) as required, and at the same time, window glass is installed in the window frame body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】合成樹脂製矩形窓枠体(2)とこれに囲繞された矩形窓ガラス(12)とを具備する組立体であって、従来の組立体に比べて著しく簡易且つ安価に製造することができる組立体及びその簡易且つ安価な製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】4個の枠部材、即ち上枠部材(4)、下枠部材(6)、片側枠部材(8)及び他側枠部材(10)として内側のみが開放された窓ガラス外周縁部収容溝(14)が形成されており、収容溝(14)の両側面には、収容溝(14)内に突出し窓ガラスを挟持するガラス押えが配設されており、収容溝(14)の両側面両端部には、バリ収容凹部(24)が形成されている上枠部材(4)、下枠部材(6)、片側枠部材(8)及び他側枠部材(10)を使用し、上枠部材(4)、下枠部材(6)、片側枠部材(8)及び他側枠部材(10)を所要とおりに溶着して窓枠体を形成すると同時に窓ガラスを窓枠体に装着する。【選択図】図3
