MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ASSEMBLY HAVING SYNTHETIC RESIN WINDOW FRAME BODY AND WINDOW GLASS SURROUNDED BY THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an assembly having a synthetic resin window frame body and window glass surrounded by the same, the manufacturing method being significantly simpler and lower in costs compared to conventional manufacturing methods.SOLUTION: Window glass 14 is formed, and then each of four frame members, namely a top frame member, a bottom frame member, a side frame member 20, and the other side member 22 having a window glass outer peripheral edge part housing groove 28 with only an inner side open formed thereon, is positioned on the outer peripheral edge part of the window glass 14 while a top edge part, a bottom edge part, a side edge part, and the other side edge part of the window glass 14 are housed in the housing groove 28. Then, an edge of the top frame member is welded on a top edge of the side frame member 20 and the other edge of the top frame member is welded on a top edge of the other side frame member 22, and an edge of the bottom frame member is welded on a bottom edge of the side frame member 20 and the other edge of the bottom frame member is welded on a bottom edge of the other side frame member 22, thus forming a window frame body, and the window glass 14 is fitted into the window frame body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】従来の製造方法と比べて著しく簡易であり且つコストが著しく安価である、合成樹脂製窓枠体とこれに囲繞された窓ガラスを具備する組立体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】窓ガラス14を形成し、次いで内側のみが開放された窓ガラス外周縁部収容溝28が形成されている独特な形態の4個の枠部材、即ち上枠部材、下枠部材、片側枠部材20及び他側枠部材22を、夫々、窓ガラス14の上縁部、下縁部、片側縁部及び他側縁部を収容溝28に収容した状態で、窓ガラス14の外周縁部に位置付け、しかる後に、上枠部材の片端を片側枠部材20の上端に他端を他側枠部材22の上端に夫々溶着すると共に、下枠部材の片端を片側枠部材20の下端に他端を他側枠部材22の下端に夫々溶着して、窓枠体を形成すると共に窓ガラス14を窓枠体に装着する。【選択図】図8
