MECHANICAL PARKING STATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking station which enables a parked vehicle to be quickly unloaded therefrom without reducing the maximum number of parking vehicles.SOLUTION: The mechanical parking station comprises a parking room (2) having a plurality of parking spaces (10) juxtaposed in a plurality of lines and a plurality of rows, a plurality of pallets (20) mountable with a vehicle and movable between a pair of adjacent parking spaces among the plurality of parking spaces, a connection part (16) adjacent to any of the plurality of parking spaces and connecting the outside of the parking room and the parking room and a control part for controlling the movement of the plurality of pallets. The control part comprises an area setting part for setting a first area for permitting the movement of the pallets and second areas (E1 and E2) for prohibiting the movement of the pallets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
