COFFERDAM STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for ensuring a desired dry operation space in underwater site around an underwater structure in flowing water.SOLUTION: A cofferdam structure 1 comprises: a bank 11 reducing fluid force acting on an operation space S around a pier P from outside; a vertical member 121 which is arranged inside of the bank 11 with an interval and upwardly extends from the height of a lower surface of the operation space S (upper surface of a base station F); self-standing frame 12 without receiving reaction force from the pier P; and a plurality of water barrier walls 13 which are respectively inserted into a gap between two adjacent vertical members 121 and are hollow box capable of storing water in its inner section. Fluid force of seawater W mainly applied to a water barrier wall 13 is reduced by the bank 11. Therefore, a frame 21 supporting the water barrier wall 13 may support the water barrier wall 13 against force applied to the water barrier wall 13 while keeping self-standing state with a short lateral member 122. Thus, it is not required to arrange a short strut between the pier P and the frame 12 and the operation space S having an excellent workability may be ensured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流れのある水中において、水中構造物周囲の水中部に所望のドライな作業空間を確保する手段を提供する。【解決手段】締切構造物1は、橋脚Pの周囲の作業空間Sに外側から作用する流体力を減勢する築堤11と、築堤11の内側に間隔をあけて配置され、作業空間Sの下面(台座Fの上面)の高さから上に向かい延伸する縦部材121を有し、橋脚Pからの反力を受けることなく自立するフレーム12と、隣り合う2本の縦部材121の間に各々挿入され、内部に水を収容できる中空の函体である複数の止水壁13を備える。主として止水壁13に加わる海水Wの流体力は、築堤11により減勢されている。そのため、止水壁13を支持するフレーム21は、短い横部材122によって自立しつつ、止水壁13に加わる力に抗して止水壁13を支持することができる。そのため、橋脚Pとフレーム12の間に切梁を配置する必要がなく、作業性の高い作業空間Sが確保される。【選択図】図2
