CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF DOMED ROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, and to shorten a construction period, by reducing high place work of an operator.SOLUTION: A tower body 18 is constructed above in the vertical direction from a central position of a floor surface F enclosed by a peripheral wall 12. When the tower body 18 is constructed up to a height in the middle of the height to be constructed, a roof structure 14 except for a central part for inserting the tower body 18 is gradually constructed toward the outer peripheral part side from the inner peripheral part side on the floor surface F inside of the peripheral wall 12, and a part of the roof structure 14 constructed every time gradually constructed is lifted along the tower body 18 by a lifting device 16. When the roof structure 14 is completed soon, the roof structure 14 is lifted to a place to be installed by the lifting device 16, and the periphery of the roof structure 14 is joined to an upper end flange 1202 of the peripheral wall 12. Next, the central part of the roof structure 14 is constructed while disassembling and removing the tower body 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業員の高所作業を軽減し、コスト削減および工期短縮を図ること。【解決手段】周壁12で囲まれた床面Fの中央位置から鉛直方向上方に塔体18を構築する。塔体18が、構築すべき高さの中間の高さまで構築されたならば、周壁12の内側の床面F上で、塔体18を挿通させる中央部分を除いた屋根構造体14を内周部側から外周部側に向けて段階的に構築すると共に、段階的に構築される毎に構築された屋根構造体14の部分を昇降装置16により塔体18に沿って上昇させていく。やがて、屋根構造体14が完成されたならば、昇降装置16により屋根構造体14を設置すべき箇所に上昇させ、屋根構造体14の周囲を周壁12の上端フランジ1202に接合する。次に、塔体18を解体撤去しつつ屋根構造体14の中央部分を構築する。【選択図】図3
