PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wandering prevention system which can surely prevent wandering of a care receiver, and is convenient for the care receiver.SOLUTION: The wandering prevention system comprises: a wandering protection lock key 10 for protecting a wanderer; and a camera 40 which operates in response to a signal from the wandering protection lock key 10. The wandering protection lock key 10 includes a latch 16 which is unlocked in response to a tag for outputting a prescribed signal; and a vibration detector 15 for detecting vibration of a door 11 to which the wandering protection lock key 10 is attached. The wandering protection lock key 10 outputs an operation signal for operating the camera 40, when not detecting the prescribed signal and detecting vibration by the vibration detector 15, and the camera 40 outputs the captured image to a management computer 31 and an external communication terminal 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
