REMOTE CONTROLLER FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller for heavy equipment that enables high-precision motion control of an operation rod of heavy equipment, and high-precision remote operation of the heavy equipment.SOLUTION: A remote controller 20 for heavy equipment includes an operation device 25 fitted around an operation rod 8a of heavy equipment 1, for moving the operation rod 8a based on an operation signal from a transmitter 22, the operation rod being tiltable around an operation fulcrum 8b. The operation device 25 includes two sets of driving unit 31, 32 having links 39, 47 swinging around rotary shafts 37, 43 at a position near the operation fulcrum 8b, and rod-form guide members 40, 48 connected to the links 39, 47 and guiding the operation rod 8a in a lengthwise direction. The driving units 31, 32 are connected to the operation rod 8a at an intersection between the respective guide members 40, 48. The guide members 40, 48 are configured in a circular arc form, and one of the guide members move along the other guide member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 重機の操作杆の動作制御を高精度にでき、また、重機の高精度な遠隔操作を可能とする重機の遠隔操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】 動作支点8bを中心として傾動可能な重機1の操作杆8aの周囲に取り付けられ、送信機22からの操作信号によって前記操作杆8aを動作させる操作装置25を備えた重機の遠隔操作装置20である。操作装置25は、前記動作支点8bの近傍位置を回転軸37,43として揺動するリンク39,47と、前記リンク39,47に接続しその長さ方向に前記操作杆8aを案内する棒状のガイド部材40,48とを備えた2組の駆動ユニット31,32を有し、前記駆動ユニット31,32は、双方の前記ガイド部材40,48の交差位置で前記操作杆8aと接続し、前記ガイド部材40,48は円弧状に構成されて、一方のガイド部材が他方のガイド部材に沿って移動する。【選択図】 図4
