PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof that has integrated appearance with a photovoltaic power generation device and a roof material laid around the device and is excellent in design.SOLUTION: A roof 1 according to an embodiment of this disclosure has a photovoltaic power generation device 10 and a roof material 2. The roof material 2 is formed of a first roof material 4 and a second roof material 90 and laid on at least a part of a section around the photovoltaic power generation device 10. The second roof material 90 has a receiving part 92, which supports an eaves side part of the first roof material 4 so that a surface Sx of the first roof material 4 and a surface Sy of the second roof material 90 are located on the substantially same plane. A length (Lx + Ly) obtained by adding a work length Lx of the first roof material 4 to a work length Ly of the second roof material 90 is substantially equal to the length Lz obtained by adding a length in eaves ridge direction of a solar cell module 11 to a length in eaves ridge direction of a cover 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
