PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor pan and a floor pan unit such that a degree of freedom in resizing and using the floor pan is high, and a member fitted to a cut end part of a floor part is not in a complicated shape.SOLUTION: A floor part 2 of a floor pan 1 is rectangular in plan view. Wall placement parts 4 on which a wall panel is mounted are formed at four sides 21 to 24 of the floor part 2. A drain port 20 is formed in an end of the floor part 2 on the side of the first side 21. The floor part 2 comprises a first part 31 including the end of the floor part 2 on the side of the first side 21 and a second part 32 which includes the overall length of the second side 22 and the overall length of the third side 23 and can be cut. An upper surface of the first part 31 is so inclined that water on the first part 31 flows down toward the drain port 20, and changes in inclination direction according to a horizontal position. The entire upper surface of the second part 32 is inclined downward in one direction from the third side 23 to the first side 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
