To provide a floor unit capable of reducing waste and facilitating construction.SOLUTION: A floor unit 1 comprises: a floor panel 3 and a support leg 2 forming a clearance on a lower side; a tile carpet 4 arranged on an upper side of the floor panel 3 and having an upper surface composed of a pile fiber layer 42; and a design material 5 arranged on the tile carpet 4. The design material 5 has a design substrate 51 and a surface fastener 52 stuck to a lower surface of the design substrate 51, and is bonded to the tile carpet 4 by the bonding strength of the surface fastener 52 and the pile fiber layer 42 of the tile carpet 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
