FENDER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FENDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender and a method of manufacturing the fender such that no molding tool is needed, a solid structure having high strength, shock resistance and elasticity can be manufactured, and large reduction in weight can be achieved as compared with a conventional rubber-made one.SOLUTION: A fender is constituted which is made of a cushioning material having a composite solid structure having a polyurea resin layer formed on a surface of a core material to have the core material and polyurea resin layer united. Then there is provided a method of manufacturing a fender such that a core material fabricated in a desired solid shape is used as a mold, and also has its surface coated with isocyanate and a hardener having an amino group, supplied with independent raw material supply hoses respectively, by a collision mixing spray gun so as to form a polyurea resin layer along the core material surface, thus forming the solid structure of the polyurea resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】成形型が不要で、高い強度と耐衝撃性及び弾力性を備えた立体構造物を製造することが可能であり、従来のゴム製のものと比較して大幅な軽量化を図ることが可能である防舷材及び防舷材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】芯材の表面にポリウレア樹脂層を形成し、前記芯材とポリウレア樹脂層が一体となった複合立体構造を有する緩衝材からなる防舷材を構成した。所望の立体形状に作製した芯材を型とし、該芯材の表面に、それぞれ独立した原料供給ホースから供給されたイソシアネートと、アミノ基を有する硬化剤とを衝突混合スプレーガンで塗布し、該芯材表面に沿ってポリウレア樹脂層を形成し、該ポリウレア樹脂層で立体構造物を形成してなることを特徴とする防舷材の製造方法を構成した。【選択図】 図8
