To simply and easily carry an underfloor heat insulation material into an underfloor part without through large-scale construction, and easily fix the underfloor heat insulation material to a floor framing member.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material body (11) of an underfloor heat insulation material (10) includes a plurality of belt-like synthetic resin foams (12) which are arranged side by side between two floor framing members (21, 22), and a connection member (13) for connecting the synthetic resin foams (12), wherein the connection member (13) has ear parts (13a) that are bonded to at least a lower surface out of an upper surface and the lower surface in at least the two synthetic resin foams (12), project from the side face of the plurality of connected synthetic resin foams (12), and cover the lower surface of the floor framing members (21, 22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
