REPAIR COATING METHOD FOR SCRATCH ON WOOD MATERIAL SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair coating method for beautifully repairing a scratch on a wood material surface.SOLUTION: A repair coating method for a scratch on a wood material surface comprises: (1) a curing process 21 in which a repair area including scratches is surrounded by a curing sheet; (2) a surface treatment process 22 in which wax on a surface of the repair area is removed; (3) a putty coating process 23 in which a putty is coated on scratches thereby forming a putty-filled part; (4) flush smoothing process 24 in which a bulged portion of the putty-filled part, which is bulged from the wood material surface, is removed; (5) a hardening process 25 for hardening the putty-filled part; (6) a surface polishing process 26 in which surface polishing of the repair area is performed; (7) a sealer agent coating process 27 in which a sealer agent is sprayed onto the repair area, of which the surface is polished, thereby filling fine scratches with the sealer agent; (8) a sealer agent removal process 28 in which unnecessary sealer agent is removed by wiping the repair area; (9) a coloring process 29 in which the surface of the putty-filled part is coated with a coloring agent; and (10) a finishing process 30 in which the surface of the repair area is coated with a wax.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】木質材表面の傷を秀麗に補修する補修塗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る木質材表面の傷補修塗装方法は、（１）傷を含む補修領域を養生シートで取り囲む養生工程２１と、（２）補修領域の表面のワックスを除去する下地処理工程２２と、（３）傷に補修用パテを塗着してパテ充填部を形成するパテ塗着工程２３と、（４）木質材表面より盛り上がったパテ充填部の盛上り部を除去する面一平滑化工程２４と、（５）パテ充填部の硬化工程２５と、（６）補修領域を表面研磨する表面研磨工程２６と、（７）表面研磨された補修領域にシーラー剤を噴霧して微細な傷をシーラー剤で埋設するシーラー剤塗着工程２７と、（８）補修領域を払拭して不要なシーラー剤を除去するシーラー剤除去工程２８と、（９）パテ充填部の表面に着色剤を塗着する着色工程２９と、（１０）補修領域の表面にワックスを塗布する仕上工程３０からなる。【選択図】図３
