FIREPROOF SHIELD MATERIAL AND FIREPROOF SHIELD STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the heat shield property and fire resistance equivalent to or more than those of the structure overlapping plural thick gypsum boards by a structure having a thickness thinner than the above.SOLUTION: A fireproof shield material 1 comprises a double layer structure of the surface and rear layers 1a, 1b having the same composition as each other, compacted by blending a thermal expansion agent comprising an expanded graphite or vermiculite into a wool mat in which the hot-melt heat resistant inorganic fibers comprising a rock wool or glass wool are piled to be entangled, and laminated in a thickness direction, and is expandable in the thickness direction by the thermal expansion agent at heating. A fireproof shield structure S is configured by setting the fireproof shield material 1 and a platy body comprising gypsum boards 5, 5 integrally laminated to at least one of the surface and the rear of the fireproof shield material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】厚さの大きい複数枚の石膏ボードを重ねた構造と同等以上の遮熱性や耐火性がそれよりも薄い厚さの構造によって達成できるようにする。【解決手段】耐火シールド材1は、ロックウール又はガラスウールからなる熱溶融性耐熱無機繊維が積み重なって絡み合ったウールマットに、膨張黒鉛又はバーミキュライトからなる加熱膨張材が配合されて圧密化され、かつ厚さ方向に積層された同じ組成の表裏層1a,1bの2層構造からなり、加熱時に加熱膨張材によって厚さ方向に膨張可能である。この耐火シールド材1と、耐火シールド材1の表裏面の少なくとも一方に一体的に積層された石膏ボード5,5からなる板状体とを設けて耐火シールド構造Sとする。【選択図】図1
